BILLING POLICY

Our doctors have provided bulk billing services for a long period of time, however, with increasing costs it is no longer financially viable to continue to provide high quality medical service to our patients.

Bulk Billing may be provided to patients who are under 16 years of age, Healthcare card holders, Pension card holders and DVA card holders.

Accounts need to be settled at the time of consultation, otherwise an administration fee of $20.00 will apply to all accounts not settled on the day of consultation

To book an appointment you will be required to provide credit card details. These details will be stored securely upon your approval and will be debited according to the schedule fee once the consultation has been completed.

*Why do we need your consent?

Your card is securely tokenised and your card details are not visible to AutoMed Systems or the clinic. You consent for the token to be used for future payments to the clinic. Your card details are not exposed to any 3rd parties and can not be used for any other payments besides paying the clinic for services provided.

A pending amount of $50 will be placed on hold on your card to secure your booking.

We require a minimum of 4-hour notice of cancellation of a scheduled appointment. Otherwise, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $50. The cancellation fee is not Medicare rebate-able.

Please show your current concession card at each appointment.

All procedures and dressings will incur an out of pocket fee.
